About Us

The Woods, PMA, is a private membership association offering its members a center for regenerative farming, education, art and nature. We strive to be sustainable utilizing natural resources from our property and community as food for our plants and animals. Our natural products are available at our The Woods Stand located on the Wolf Harbor Road entrance. Buy yourself a cup of tea and a snack while browsing the eclectic art, relaxing on the patio or walking the sculpture trail through the 12 acres of wooded property.

Whether you are an individual seeking a place of silence, a practitioner who would like to provide their services in nature (e.g. yoga, Reiki, counseling), or you are seeking a place to celebrate birthdays, weddings and family gatherings, The Woods offers unique sculptural spaces to its members.

The Woods, aptly named by the Costantini family, is ancestral farmland designed to bring people back to sustainable living, education, nature and creativity. The Costantini family is composed of conscious artists, educators, farmers and craftsmen who live life deliberately. Through their private association they provide mindfully guided art classes, different types of meditation classes, children’s education and other workshops on the property. Becoming a member of the association will allow you to register for our offerings. To learn more about becoming a member please contact us. Click here to see our offerings.

“I took a walk in the woods and came out taller than the trees”

— Henry David Thoreau

Our purpose.

We live in a time when technology dominates our lives. For hundreds of thousands of years humans lived intimately with the earth. We were in the wild and of the wild. Today we live more isolated and artificial lives.  The internet and portable touch-screen devices have radically limited our ability to be present with other people and in our surroundings. As a result, we are more isolated, unhealthy, anxious and depressed than ever and tragically, our planet has suffered alongside us.

We invite you to begin to shed the impact of “over civilization” and explore an inner wisdom that is primal, ancient and profound. Come to The Woods to unplug from the societies’ stresses and rediscover your innate creativity and wildness.
